We require someone with a back ground in either business studies or accountancy to join our support team.
- To provide 1st line support to Liquid users, talking users through solutions.
- Ensure accurate recording and logging of support and follow up activities on the ticketing system and liaising with the Technical Team regarding outstanding responses.
- Support the Technical Team with testing of new/amended functions on the application.
- Ensure customers are billed on a monthly basis and follow-up on any non-payments.
- Deal with complaints relating to the application, ensuring the customer is kept informed through-out and that a satisfactory resolution is reached for all parties.
- Good telephone skills

- an understanding of basic CRM/software packages would be useful but not essential.
