Person Centred Care and Support are seeking a full-time secretary intern to work within our small and friendly team at our Canary Wharf office. The successful candidate will deliver vital support with day-to-day operations, providing individual support to the registered and development managers. The role includes assisting in the preparation of recruitment and training documentation, diary assistance and general administration.

As the secretary, you are at the heart of PCCS's activities and you will ensure that the team are focused on their work by being on top of everything office related and pouncing onto issues as they arise.This role will provide experience across multiple teams, most importantly, you'll gain experience of working in a rapidly growing care support services startup, learning about all aspects of business and entrepreneurship. 

An ability to work flexibly and to be a pro-active team member is essential. You must also have strong organisational skills and be an effective communicator. I.T. working knowledge of Mac, MS Word, Excel & Outlook is also required.

This internship would suit a graduate looking to gain secterial experience. If you are enthusiastic and self-motivated we are waiting to hear from you!
