About the Team 

The International Business Development team works closely with our business unit leaders and senior management to facilitate decision making through rigorous strategic and financial analysis. Driving projects from concept stage to conclusion, the team contributes directly to the realization of operational excellence across our diverse businesses, as well as the development and implementation of NBCUniversal’s international growth strategy.
Working directly with a team of Business Development Directors, you will provide research and analytical support across a range of projects. Day to day your activities will include the following. 
• Assist Business Development Directors in the execution of their projects
• Research and synthetize market data
• Create PowerPoint slides to present market intelligence back to team / wider business
• Present analysis to Business Development Directors 
• Run financial and strategic analysis on competitors and markets
• Contribute to financial modeling related to organic growth projects and M&A

Skills

This role is a full-time internship
suitable for students undertaking or having just completed a strategy or finance (or related) qualification• Candidates must have a proven strong academic background• Strong analytical and financial skills• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior team members• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the job• Ability to address complex issues and cut through ambiguity• Ability to cope in a fast
dynamic environment
and flexibility to meet tight deadlines• Candidates must be enthusiastic about working in TV/entertainment and demonstrate basic knowledge of the industry
