The aim of the Inside sales role is to proactively drive new business opportunities via the telephone and provide ongoing follow up until closure.
You will be expected to support the directors and work closely with the team to drive the business forward.

The role is predominantly office based.
It is expected that 80% of the inside-sales consultants’ time will be spent in the office proactively calling new customers and some existing customers to generate new business opportunities. An element of the role will be to form relationships with our prospects and ensuring that all known opportunities are managed until closure. Working sales campaigns, updating sales forecast and contacts in our database go hand in hand with the role.
The remaining 20% of the inside sales consultants time will be split into the following areas:
- Experience - Knowledge Required & Qualifications: Knowledge or understanding of IT industry is beneficial. Sales experience is desirable but not essential. University Degree preferred but not essential. Personal skills Strong communication skills are essential. The ability to quickly grasp technology and concepts. Must be able to work with the own initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude. Must be self-motivated
