Summary of Position:
The primary responsibility of the Head of Commercial is to coordinate the sales and sponsorship effort working alongside the team to pursue new opportunities for business growth and development. This activity must ultimately result in increased revenue for the business.
The job holder will work with the CEO and the Executive Team to develop and drive long and short-term revenue growth

- Duties & Responsibilities Work with the Development Team to ensure that the business meets its sales targets Generate increased income from existing sources Develop proposals for projects that will attract new funding
- as well as researching and identifying new funding opportunities Support key areas of NACUE to ensure that all contractual commitments
- risks and liabilities are identified and mitigated. Must ensure that contractual agreements have the potential to become profitable. Assist the CEO in developing a three-year fundraising strategy Liaise with Head of Events and Communications to identify profile-raising events and press and media opportunities Undertake other duties as required to ensure the proper functioning of the team Person Specification Thorough understanding and experience of commercial operations including sponsorship
