The role:
There is genuine progression in the role, with the opportunity to sell high-end sponsorship packages and more. But for starters here’s what you can get your teeth into as a Global Delegate Sales Executive:
• Selling conference passes ($1000 + per person) for I.E.’s invitation only events to senior level execs over the phone
• Up-selling of additional delegate passes and work shops
• Cross selling across IE.’s portfolio of events
• Opportunity to attend the events which are predominantly in the USA
• Sourcing and securing sponsorship (packages ranging up to 100K)
• Building new relationships and strengthening existing ones
Skills
- You: 6 months B2B sales experience is essential

- persuasive and confident communicator • Ability to deal with decision makers within FTSE 500 companies • Bags of enthusiasm

- ability to remain calm under pressure • A team player • Fluent Mandarin Speaker (desirable but not essential) • Willingness to join our 4pm table football league (desirable but not essential) Salary: Basic salary £18
