As a corporate acquisition specialist, our company co-acquires suitable businesses fitting certain acquisition criteria, for their own account and for third parties. A “one off” opportunity has now arisen for a Deal Originator to lead and develop this business. This is a genuinely unique opportunity to learn, develop and lead this deal origination unit of an investor group.
With your ambitious, self-confident approach, as a Deal Originator, you will ultimately take responsibility for all deal origination and executive search activities.
Using your own initiative and fresh approach in this unique and challenging role, you will be supported while you reinvigorate, drive and take charge of an origination and CEO/Chairman recruitment operation. Growing it from an in-house operation with unrivalled potential, you will turn it into a stand-alone, highly profitable, dynamic and growing business.
Following some fast-track training, you will be ‘thrown in at the deep end’ and be expected to originate proprietary acquisition deal flow. This will be achieved through communicating with owners of private companies, firms of intermediaries and senior executives of public companies from the UK and overseas, including Chairmen and CEOs.
This is a very exciting, rewarding and rare opportunity to participate in, and be responsible for, the development of this deal origination unit, fully supported by a proven and successful private equity investor group.
The right person will have the opportunity to reach earnings of £40k-£50k for success in this role along with equity share.
