We Are Tea is a London based, independent, multi-award winning tea business attempting to do things a little differently. Our teas are stocked in some of the most prestigious retailers in the world including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and Dean & Deluca and we are looking for someone to join the team to help build on this success and grow sales at independent retailers and delicatessens. In addition to building new business, the role will involve:
- Developing and growing relationships with existing customers.
- Providing merchandising support, product training for staff, and advising on/providing in-store customer sampling.
- Managing the We Are Tea stand at consumer shows and being involved in other PR events, for example charity events and festivals.
- Contribute to We Are Tea’s social media.
- Sales reporting and general administration.
Commission + Expenses + prospect of permanent role with salary + gallons of award-winning Tea (not to mention being part of a small company growing very quickly).

- and ambitious and be able to articulate the core values of We Are Tea to deli owners/managers. An entrepreneurial spirit is a must and experience with sales would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be able to prove they have: Strong communication skills Ambitious and positive thinking Ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers Experience working as part of a team as well as individually Ability to work well under pressure Ability to work towards targets and report progress And of course - a passion for tea!
