The role will entail full administrative support to the Director and Chairman and ad-hoc support to Board Members where necessary. This will include diary management, meeting preparation, event organisation, travel management, filing, website management, production of presentation material and the smooth running of the office. For the right person, this role will offer scope for career enhancement. Previous administrative, secretarial or support experience is essential along with a strong knowledge of all MS Office packages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative also essential for this role. You must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
