Demand for Realeyes services is growing fast and the company is looking for a reliable Operations Manager to manage the data collection and delivery of Realeyes reports. The ideal candidate will be expected to play a strong role in the growth of this high tech start up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for timely delivery of quality eye-tracking analysis
- Responsible for relationship with existing locations (cafes, libraries, offices) and new ones
- Manage data collection
o Organise projects with locations and part time staff
- Manage data analysis
o Organize data analysis teams: allocate projects to people and quality check analysis carried out
- Recruit, train and manage part time staff for data collection and analysis
- Run data collection projects first hand
- Optimize and improve production processes throughout
- Actively take part in business development efforts

Ideal Skill set:

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent Computer skills (Excel a must)

Salary: £25 000 - £30 000 per year
