This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in one of Europes leading digital media agencies specialising in web banner advertising. We are looking for a Client Services Intern interested in working with our digital advertising clients who include ASOS, Gumtree, Cheapflights and Five TV. This is a varied role and you will be exposed to a wide range of areas within the company. Below is a brief outline of some of the areas the role will cover: - Client Communication Reports monthly and weekly: Reporting back to clients providing feedback on their performance. Working with client services on logins, trafficking, product support queries. Managing client expectations, ensuring all outstanding queries are being dealt with, and new ones can be met. Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular and close contact through regular telephone, email and face to face meetings. Daily communication with both sales and campaign management to ensure smooth account management. - Campaign Management Support to traffickers on an ad hoc basis - creating publishers or zones Prioritising tasks given by head of client services into tasks of head of campaign management. - Sales Support Ensuring that all sales/marketing material up to date - ready for clients on request Managing follow ups from sales meetings, ensuring meetings, contracts are followed up. - Administration Assisting the operations team on an ad hoc basis Although we do no require any experience for this position, an interest in media and online advertising would be an advantage. This is a demanding role and you will need to work well under pressure and have the ability to manage your own work load as well as working as part of a team.
