Enternship: The Ideas Project

Join The Ideas Project, a scheme that supports individuals with energy and good ideas to drive positive change in the prison community. This will include working with the project manager as the scheme is introduced to new prisons, providing logistical support for launch events, developing and implementing a publicity campaign for the scheme and supporting the on-going work of the project.

MFD is an educational media consultancy, based in London, specialising in the design and implementation of public education campaigns worldwide. We have worked in over 30 countries with a multitude of local and international non-governmental and inter-governmental agencies in campaigns supported by international donor agencies and the private sector. MFD’s projects in the UK include a multi-award winning training initiative operating within the criminal justice system, an innovative film production company, and work with young people within gypsy and traveller communities to develop social networking skills.

The next internship will focus on The Ideas Project, a scheme that supports individuals with energy and good ideas to drive positive change in the prison community. This will include working with the project manager as the scheme is introduced to new prisons, providing logistical support for launch events, developing and implementing a publicity campaign for the scheme and supporting the on-going work of the project.

The position is unpaid although travel within London and lunch expenses are covered.
