Enternship: MyBnk Monitoring and Evaluation Internship, expenses paid, 3 months full time

We are looking for a London based Intern who will be responsible for designing and coordinating a monitoring and evaluation system that will track the impact of our work on over 9000 young people. This exciting opportunity will allow for the individual to gain insight into the workings of an innovative organisation and provide excellent experience in the social enterprise/ charitable sector.

Who we are:
MyBnk is an award winning social enterprise & charity
that provides young people with the skills to manage their money effectively and to make enterprising choices in their lives.

What we do:
MyBnk has created the first ever FSA friendly youth led banking scheme run by young people for young people, allowing them to save and take out interest free loans for the setting up of enterprising activities. This is accompanied by high-powered assemblies, workshops and projects on ethical banking, money management and ideas generation.
Our innovative educational services are designed to increase young peoples' financial and enterprise capability, as defined by the Department for Children Schools and Families. MyBnk works in secondary schools, colleges, youth groups and with young people in supported housing.

We are looking for:
A London based Intern who will be responsible for designing and coordinating a monitoring and evaluation system that will track the impact of our work on over 9000 young people. This exciting opportunity will allow for the individual to gain insight into the workings of an innovative organisation and provide excellent experience in the social enterprise/ charitable sector.

We are seeking a talented individual who has a background in designing monitoring and evaluating systems through the use of qualitative and quantitative research tools. They must have strong organisational and planning skills to coordinate the project and have the ability to work independently as well as within our team.

Necessary skills:
- Masters degree or relevant work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in designing monitoring & evaluation systems
- Experience correlating data
- Experience of independent project work
- Strong research and analytical skills

Desired Skills:
- Experience of the education sector
- Experience of working with young people
- Creativity
- Knowledge/experience of basic finance
