cmypitch.com is a new online community targeted at entrepreneurs. Launching in May 2008, cmypitch.com is a cross between linkedin.com, Dragon's Den (bbc.co.uk/dragonsden.com), youtube.com and yell.com. Our advanced web 2.0 platform facilitates dynamic user generated video content to partner entrepreneurs with investment, business services or indeed any essential tool for starting or growing a business.

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations you will have responsibility for assisting the Sales Team. This will include meetings, phone calls and emails with clients. You will be responsible for monitoring and proof reading the content uploaded to the website in order to ensure it is of the highest quality.

Purpose and Context

The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Meeting clients off site and collecting their details for upload onto the website.
• Email/Phone customer service.
• Drafting CRM correspondence templates and website guides.
• Providing administrative support to the sales team.
• Quality review of content uploaded to the site using a CMS.
• General filing and organisation.

The right candidate
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualities:
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience of content management is preferable.
• An excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
• Excellent phone manner.
• Highly organised.
• Motivated and entrepreneurial with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• A graduate who would relish the opportunity to work in an exciting and vibrant start up environment.

Job Details
• Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
• Start date: May 2008
• Location: Fulham, London SW6.
• Holiday: 25 days per year.
