The Owl Journal is Oxford university's only independent student publication dedicated to providing a platform for undergraduate and graduate articles and a forum for inter-disciplinary debate. We are currently recruiting for a new Managing Director as well as for sponsorship and publicity positions.

The Owl Journal is Oxford university's only independent student publication dedicated to providing a platform for undergraduate and graduate articles and a forum for inter-disciplinary debate. We publish both academically focused essays as well as those of general interest, with topics ranging from Leonard Cohen's inner conflicts to the philosophy of maths and the science of carbon nanotubes.

We are currently recruiting for a new Managing Director as well as for sponsorship and publicity positions. A production position requires someone who is committed and outgoing, capable of selling advertising space and presenting the magazine to companies to gain sponsorship. The Managing Director plays an invaluable role in the making of The Owl, working alongside the editor in the production of the magazine. This is a great opportunity for anybody with plenty of ideas and tenacity who wants to gain real business experience.
