We believe in customer feedback as a driver of business improvement and customer satisfaction, and we think no company - large or small - can afford not to have a brilliant customer feedback process. And that's what we intend to give them. It's a nifty and modern concept, and involves a combination of online & offline technology. The Opportunity: This is a truly ground-floor opportunity for a Business Development Executive with a proper early-stage start-up. We are just launching our service now, but we have big ambitions! You would be the third person in this company, and would work closely with the two co-founders, who each have over 10 years of previous entrepreneurial and corporate experience. You would take the lead on making deals and sales to large and small companies, and also help us work out where our most promising market opportunities lie and help us refine our marketing & sales strategy. Skills / Experience Required: We're looking for a bright and creative entern who knows that Sales and Business Development is the backbone of Entrepreneurship, and wants to prove / develop their Sales/Bus Dev skills and experience. The right candidate may not have formal Sales experience, but will have the "sales personality", ie great listening skills, likeability, a genuine interest in and way with people, along with determination, persistence, enthusiasm and energy. You must be happy with cold calling, networking and meeting people to discuss our product. Remuneration: We don't want to be exploitative, but we are a genuine boot-strapping start-up! We can offer accommodation for the period of the internship close to London (should you need it) and the reimbursement of expenses. We'd also offer a decent commission on deals/sales made - therefore some appetite for risk, and/or confidence in your sales / bus dev ability is essential! Location: We're currently based in a small office in Victoria, London. Prospects: If things go well, there's an opportunity for an entern to have a long-term relationship with the company (eg continuing to work for Niggle part-time during term time and/or during holidays on a paid basis) and of course with the possibility to join the company full-time after graduation.
