Project Management
The Shaftesbury Partnership is a social business founded in 2005 that exists to bring together professionals committed to social reform in the 21st Century. It works on behalf of its members and philanthropic and other stakeholders to support them as social reformers through research, the delivery of projects, and social investment activities. Its work is organized into three service lines that allow it to provide research and development, design and delivery, and investment and incubation support for its clients and members. The Partnership currently has around 20 staff, consultants and interns.
The Partnership is currently focused on building up its own internal infrastructure and systems (Shaftesbury 2.0), and has commissions to establish two high profile charities, one relating to youth national service (The Challenge), and the other relating to catalyzing Christian and church strategic action to tackle social exclusion in London (Impact London). All such design and delivery projects are designed with to scale significantly, involve very senior stakeholders in politics and wider society, and involve the Partnership providing end to end support to help get them launched and stabilized.
