Jr. Retail Demo Coordinator at Escalate

Assist National Retail demo coordinator with day to day administrative tasks including scheduling, supply inventory, reporting and other general admin activities.  May also include making purchases on my behalf, phone calls, staff reporting and data entry(not too much on this part).

We are looking for someone open minded, easy going, hard working to help me with the types of tasks that I'm getting bogged down with.  We are easy going and open-minded individuals that enjoy each other's company and work hard.  We forgive mistakes and keep the type of attitude that is about fixing them, not harboring on what's not working.  Our office atmosphere is the most fun anywhere in NYC; you will enjoy every minute working here and I will do my best to ensure that.  You will help the National Retail Demo Coordinator with this project until it's up to speed and the you will have the option to work on a couple of other accounts with high end corporate clients(or on a slow day you may end up just working on those other accounts anyways).  This job is all about getting you the experience on real projects and getting you to think creatively for solutions that may not be straight forward.  It's a Spring/Summer internship with the possibility of getting hired in the field afterward.  If you have worked promotions as a brand rep or brand ambassador that is a plus.  You don't need college experience (but I would like you to be of a mature mindset if you don't have it).
