The Role
Develop the commercial strategy through Internet platforms
Maintain (& de-bug) existing web-applications.
Improve our website accessibility (E.g. W3C validation / Errors Solutions)
Develop and deploy new applications, mainly web-based for e-commerce purposes.
Assure and enhance our visibility on the network (SEO).
Liaise with external server expert to develop server side solutions
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Languages to know: PHP,
SQL,
JavaScript,
HTML,
Shell,
PHP Object knowledge would be appreciated.
Software: FTP software (FileZilla, WinSCP...), Office Suite (mainly Excel, intermediate-expert user), PHPMyAdmin/MySQL, pUTTY, CMS Opencart / Wordpress.
OS: Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, GNU/Linux Ubuntu (v10.04.02).
Others skills appreciated: General knowledge in Networking (Web Hosting, DNS, Mail, Web Forwarding, Mail Forwarding etc...)
