The Role
Aniboxx requires the assistance of an events coordinator. In this role you will assist the Aniboxx team to create a number of profession networking events in London and other major cities.
We are looking for someone with some relative experience, able to take charge and anticipate project needs, meet deadlines with little supervision,
The event coordinator should have a love for networking and events management as success will depend on both.
We are looking for a candidate that is able to:
- Gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions.
- Conduct research, make site visits, and find resourcess.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Assist with preparing budgets and provide progress reports for each event project.
- Coordinate appointments and visits to see our space, and scheduling of events on the calendar.
Required Skills
Good candidates will be:
- Self motivated
- Organised
- Have great communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Able to demonstrate significant relevant experience
- Proficient with Social media applications, email and mail merges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
