The Role

As we scale, we are looking for a talented Marketing Intern to join our team. Combining a passion for consumers & technology, analytical insight and an outstanding ability to get things done, you will help bring our product to market. This is a rare opportunity for a graduate student (or recent university graduate) to join an early stage London-based start-up with an international management team and global ambitions.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute upon go-to-market (GTM) tactics;
- Support creation of marketing collateral and partner presentations;
- Support primary market research and generate insights that influence our commercial, product and marketing strategies;
- Perform company, product and sector competitive analysis;
- Cultivate an on-line community of Shopitize advocate & manage product feedback;
Required Skills
Experience and skills:
- Graduate student in a marketing, economics, psychology, or other analytical discipline. (Recently graduated and final year undergraduate students also considered.)
- innovative thinking and creative problem solving skills;
- strong analytical and research skills;
- entrepreneurial drive, high motivation, and ability to lead and close projects;
- excellent verbal communication and outstanding writing skills;
- strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint); Bonus points for Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), Wordpress/Blogger/Tumblr;
- personal obsession with mobile apps, shopping and social media valued;
- sense of humour requisite.
