Footfall123 is a Software as a Service (SaaS) start-up, which is growing month on month at a great rate. As we grow the support function needs to grow with us, and we’re therefore looking for a motivated and hardworking intern to join the team at Footfall123.
The role will involve working closely with all departments of the business, ranging from sales, finance, technical and account management. You role will involve working with the account managers to respond to customer questions and problems in an efficient and effective manner.
Day to day duties will include prioritising customer support tickets, and responding by email and phone, as well as helping account managers ensure that our customers get the best possible service.
The ideal candidate will be good at problem solving, able to work under time pressure, and be able to quickly grasp the nature of a customer issue and the potential solutions. The role has the ability to turn into a full time position, depending on performance.
The ideal candidate will join for 12 months on a paid internship, although there are also 3 month expenses only internships available.
Footfall123 is a fast growing, VC backed, technology company based in the heart of Farringdon. Having launched our new marketing platform earlier this year we are experiencing very rapid expansion. Our SAAS marketing platform genuinely integrates all marketing channels to provide customers with a one-stop solution to manage all customer communications. Using our proprietary technology we also give them the tools to run promotions and special offers with a level of traceability and security which is not possible anywhere else.
