The Role
Hanson Search is leading headhunting company for communications and public affairs professionals; our niche market sectors include Public Affairs, Policy, Communications, PR, Healthcare, Consumer and Corporate industries.
Hanson search is looking for a bright, hard working and ambitious graduate to join as a Business Executive to help grow and develop market share, brand and reputation within the public affairs and policy team.
As a Business Executive you will be contacting both new and existing clients and candidates to discuss their business/personal needs, advise them on recruitment issues within your specific industry sector and develop long standing and positive relationships. You will need to be tenacious, persuasive, persistent and target driven.
Required Skills
The successful candidate must have:
• Previous experience working in a competitive Sales environment.
• Excellent phone based skills.
• Hard working, highly committed with high values and goals.
• Confident and good interpersonal skills are essential as well as the ability to network at every level.
• Industry experience and knowledge is desirable.
