Ad Operations Executive at Forward Digital

The Internship will involve:

• Creating digital ad campaigns using the Forward Digital ad serving technology.

• Coordinating the creative submission process with clients including receiving and checking creative material (Rich Media,  SWF and GIF) from advertisers and media agencies, using 3rd party ad serving technology.

• Providing campaign reporting to the account managers and clients - during and at the end of all campaigns.

• Liaising with clients regarding campaign launch including producing screenshots of the clients campaign.

• Training on how to make a smooth transition from ad sale to ad launch and completion, including regular campaign updates to discuss potential delivery issues and making recommendations to help develop and retain business.

• How to identify issues that negatively impact campaigns to sales, agencies and third parties. You should have an ability to troubleshoot creative issues.

• Learning how to effectively track delivery and performance using the Forward Digital technology.

• You will liaise closely with the Ad Ops and finance teams from campaign set up to invoicing - reporting directly to the head of ad operations and the Managing Director.

• Any other additional duties required to enable ad revenue growth and efficient ad delivery.
