The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic sales associates to be responsible for signing up new venues and work with venues to use our core products. You will take an active role in establishing new leads, signing up partners and ensuring they can use the products to successfully grow their own business.
The right candidate will preferably have a marketing or business degree, however all disciplines will be considered.
The role is initially a temporary role. Successful sales associates will be able to progress to a full time, permanent role with us.
Responsibilites include:
- Develop and cultivate leads for new partner venues.
- Set up both phone and face-to-face meetings with decision makers at potential partner venues.
- Manage new and ongoing sales leads through our shared customer relationship management system.
- Work with venues after sign-up to help them get the most from our products.
- Provide initial training and coaching to venue staff in how to use our products successfully, and keep them updated with new features.
Required Skills
- A great attitude towards work and the desire to work in a fun environment where progression and compensation is highly correlated with performance
- Any previous sales experience is preferable, but not required
- Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Great communication skills with the ability to sell at any decision making level
- A good understanding of social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter
- Self motivated, with a creative and flexible attitude to work
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision, whilst meeting targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset
