Summer Internship on Front Office Capital Markets Recruitment Desk at Cavendish Bloom

Our internship program is perfect for university students interested in financial market headhunting who wish to get a broader insight into the industry. It is developed to give you an active and hands-on view of what we do, with a parallel training program on the financial services industry as a whole.

Daily activties will include:

- Market research within a specialised sector

- Assisting client meetings to pitch for new business

- Attending candidate meetings to headhunt for new positions  

You will also recieve training covering Financial Markets, Sales, and Negotiation. 

We aim to offer full-time positions to interns who are able to demonstrate they have the right mentality, skills, and enthusiasm for a position within recruitment.
