Your role will be to support pre and post sales by email, live chat, phone and dealing with suppliers across the world from Europe to South America.

You'll get involved in how the holidays are displayed on the website, how inventory is managed, measuring sales conversion, website visits, learning about SEO, gathering customer feedback and promoting this via social networks, looking after our You Tube channel and more to get a rounded view of the business - its not just about answering a phone and don't worry, there's no filing to be done, no boring photocopying and no dull reception work. You will 100% become part of the team from the minute you step in the door, your ideas will be listened to and you never know, you might even want to book one of the trips youself (at a heavily discounted price of course!)

Not only that but you'll be discovering some of the most exciting holiday ideas in the fastest growing market in travel.

We have placements for 2012. All we ask is a minimum committment of 4 weeks so we can give you the best training and support and get your own tea mug ready.

The practical stuff...

Location: Offices based in Camden/Kentish Town, NW London
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (Part time possible, min. 25 hours a week)
Terms: Voluntary internship, minimum 4 weeks, longer stays welcome
