The Role
Fashiny is an investor-backed startup solving big problems in the fashion industry that many have tried and graciously failed. We are looking for a backend engineer and creative problem solver who loves to write big data processing algorithms and wants to build and scale a fashion recommendation engine.

Required Skills
You
- You are lean and agile, and take a personal interest in building something meaningful for users.
- You can see the inner-workings of a large-scale architecture in your head.
- You have direct experience in writing big data processing algos.
- You can efficiently articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users.
- You aren’t scared of scaling and processing large volumes of data.
- You are an outspoken expert in at least one backend scripting language.
- You keep yourself updated with the latest technology
- You should have some machine learning and pattern recognition knowledge
- You are fun, passionate, resilient and collaborative
