We are offering an internship to a gregarious, tenacious and creative individual keen to join the thriving world of PR in the Entertainment industry.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Develop and maintain a computerised customer and prospect database.
2. Organise creative brainstorms
3. Plan and carry out direct marketing activities principally hot prospecting and direct mail to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
4. Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing initiatives
5. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and email.
6. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
7. Carry out industry specific research and competitor analysis
8. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
9. Manage company profiles and work with relevant teams to distribute messages across company platforms
10. Attend events and network
