Current projects include:
1. We act as an outsourced sales arm for a range of clients.
2. We regularly run training and coaching sessions around best practice lead generation and up to the minute and powerful sales techniques.
We work in some of the most exciting and fast growing sectors including mobile, social media, digital and online video for a number of well known companies.
We feel extremely privileged to assist our clients with such an important task and there's huge growth in the market place for our line of work. As the recession clings on, companies are moving away from traditional marketing activities and back towards a direct approach. In a digital world - companies are bombarded with noise - our work is about bringing a targeted and human relationship back into business.
We are looking for an account manager to join the team to work in a role focussed on two main areas of the business.
The primary area will be to support the new business activities of one of our main clients - We can be flexible on which client this is depending upon your experience and interests - sectors include marketing, mobile and cloud computing so hugely diverse. You will, of course, be given a great deal of support and training.
Alongside this work, the ideal candidate will work with the senior team on content development and helping to raise awareness of our training sessions. Already, we have worked with some of the UK's largest companies motivating and inspiring their sales teams and also run sessions on integrating digital marketing campaigns and direct sales for major impact. It is hugely important to us that our sessions are cutting edge and make a big impact on our clients new business activities. Our goal has been to turn traditional, classroom training on it's head and we are working on 'Apprentice' style tasks to run throughout 2012. All very exciting.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit. No previous experience is necessary as it's your attitude that is most important.
We are a young business so a hands on, can do attitude is essential. There is no large team to hide behind, this role is at the front end of business and will be a steep learning curve - of course with bags of support.
There are no harsh targets or deadlines - the ideal candidate will enjoy the balance of selling for one client and the strategic work for our coaching sessions. It's a wonderful mix of both disciplines.
There will be a good amount of networking too so the ideal candidate will enjoy getting out and about.
We are currently based in Blackheath but moving to Bermondsey early 2012
