The Role

The function of the position is to provide qualified sales leads to the Business Development Team to ensure the department is able to meet growth targets.

A lead generator must at all times represent company in a positive and professional manner, work with all personnel and outside contacts to achieve company goals, identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions, arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared, and, maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner.

 

Part of the duty to perform is recording customer information. This not only includes name, address, phone number, and so forth, but also reactions to products by prospective customers. Most of this information is entered into a database during the call.

 

Work Activities:

  • Make at least 120 calls daily, generating 5 leads a day
  • Be able to generate leads
  • Submit report on a weekly basis on number of dials, number of contacts, number of suspects qualified and assigned to Business Development Representatives, number of deals closed that came from its efforts
  • Understand the online business
  • Build Relations
  • Create a corporation data base
  • Report to Business Manager on a daily basis

Demonstrable technical, selling skills: Probing and listening

Required Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum one (1) year successful selling or telemarketing experience
  • Preferably proven skills selling online services and solutions
  • Perfect business English communication skills;
  • Capability to memorize script on a short time;
  • Proven presentation/demonstration skills
  • Professional phone image;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Provide if necessary clean criminal background check and drug test

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
