Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Team Coordinator
Department: Strategic Growth Project
Location: London
Working closely with the CEO, you will be required to oversee new business projects, which sit on the fringes of NACUE’s current business activity.
This from the onset will include leading on the development of the NACUE Alumni network, which is a new and critical business area. The manager as such will be required to develop strategies that will successfully engage and support the growth of our Alumni members.
Required Skills
Contribute to the development and refinement of company’s vision and strategy around new business areas
Develop and lead on the sourcing, managing and implementation of revenue-generating projects
Ability to design and deliver a strategic plan to aid the growth and evolution of the Alumni network
Excellent oral and written communications skills to enable relationship-building
Ability to represent NACUE to external stakeholders and work effectively with internal stakeholders across several levels including the CEO, program directors and trustees.
Experience in planning and managing special events and revenue-generating activities
Salary & Benefits: Up to £22,000
Bonus up to 10% of salary
12-months contract
