Summary of Position:
Provide support to management and CEO's work through conducting and organising administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
Duties & Responsibilities
To provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support services to the CEO
Proactively manage the diary, including organizing internal and external meetings and events and making travel arrangements for CEO, ensuring all requirements are met.
Maintain accurate and confidential records in an efficient electronic and paper system to enable CEO to retrieve all information easily
Organize and attend meetings as required, noting any actions and decisions
A willingness to adopt a flexible approach to the role according to the needs of the area
Ability to handle potential sensitive data with absolute discretion
Self-starter – able to work on own initiative without continuous supervision
Salary & Benefits: Up to £21,000
Bonus up to 10% of salary
12-month contract
