Summary of Position:
Excellent opportunity to join a highly dynamic young charity supporting student enterprise. As PHP Web Developer you will be involved in designing and developing graphically strong, compelling and innovative web based applications and portals. These will be aimed at the charities stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a PHP developer you must have strong knowledge of Web Applications development with PHP5 and strong Object Oriented programming experience. You will have very strong MySQL database skills and ideally experience working with Qcubed or Qcodo frameworks.
You will take responsibility for the development of internal systems and web applications across the Linux environment. Knowledge of Linux and Apache (LAMP) is desirable, but non-essential. The Web Developer will be required to develop using web services (REST, XML-RPC or SOAP) and should have strong front-end development skills with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Knowledge of Subversion is desirable.

Salary & Benefits: £24,000
Bonus up to 10% of salary
