Vive Unique is a young & dynamic travel start-up based in Shoreditch, the heart of London's "Silicon Valley".

We are a booking site for private accommodation and offer our guests a unique living experience, staying in quality city homes, with hotel-style services.

Claire Whisker - Founder & Director

A qualified barrister and solicitor, Claire practised as a litigation lawyer at a couple of leading city law firms for 6 years. With her interest in business, she left the law to help set up an online recruitment company where she went on to become a Director of totallylegal.com and totallyfinancial.com and, most recently, the digital arm of Trinity Mirror Plc.

Bernard Howard - Chairman & Director

Educated at Oxford and at Stanford University, Bernard trained as an accountant at PWC and later held influential positions as an Investment Banker in London and internationally. During the .com boom of the late 90”s Bernard saw an opportunity to set up the niche recruitment websites Totallylegal and Totallyfinancial which he then sold to the Trinity Mirror Group in 2007. Bernard enjoys tennis and dining out, but only when he’s not trading & investing!

Jonny Morris – Founder & Director

Jonny is passionate about new ideas, creating and building businesses. He has worked in online media and advertising on a number of .com projects, developing them into leading brands. Jonny loves travel (although he hasn’t had much time for that recently!), exploring cities and listening to the Beach boys when he’s skiing!
