We are a specialist City mergers and acquisitions advisory firm based in London and active across Europe, our clients are privately owned companies in the technology, media, telecoms and clean technology sectors that use us as their advisor on transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, and raising funds from investors such as venture capital firms. Our founders are former senior bankers from firms such as UBS, Broadview, Dresdner Kleinwort and PwC Corporate Finance.
