Image X is the leader in providing information solutions for local and state governments. We have been working with counties in the State of Washington for the last 10 years to provide electronically certified documents and other e-government solutions. At the request of the county clerks, we are developing a social network portal that will allow citizens and county officials to communicate more securely.
