When the Egremont Group was created in 2000, our goal was to establish a very different kind of consulting firm. We wanted to create a consulting business that delivered extraordinary results quickly; one where we worked alongside our clients, sharing and transferring our skills. We knew that businesses were looking to accelerate the implementation of critical initiatives with outside help but with smaller, highly leveraged teams. We felt there was a need for a business with people who could seamlessly switch from content to process to behavioural consulting as necessary. For ten years now, we have grown consistently with this approach – and our experienced team – with a very different, clear focus on client partnership.
