The Social Network for Complaints! We are the leading free to use complaint management social media community service, for consumers AND organisations. Our vision is "To Be The Number 1 Complaint Management Community". We have strong backing and an excellent management and legal team. There are over 500 million complaints each year in the UK, costing UK organisations an estimated £23bn, and the trend is rising. We have built the site to try and fix the problems for all parties, whether they be complainers or complainees. Our aim is to resolve complaints to a mutually satisfactory conclusion. Our strategy is to build a market for complaints using this website - please go to our How It Works section to see this in more detail. The website will always be Free To Use for people who wish to complain. ComplaintCommunity™ is supported by the same World Class Security Standards and Technology as used by The British Army and Lloyds TSB.
