What is Enternships?

Enternships is a niche recruitment firm which connects motivated and ambitious students with start-ups and small companies for internships and full-time placements. More specifically, Enternships only works with companies that have less than 100 employees.

What's in it for Your Company?

Companies who recruit enterns get a peek at the best and brightest before they hit the job market. They get the skills of a proactive and dynamic intern – at little or no cost. Developing relationships with students during the first or second year at university is very effective and work experience placements are an extremely valuable way of creating student-employer ties. Increasingly, work experience placements are being seen as a tool toward the recruitment of suitable employees – allowing both employer and employee to test their relationship before a permanent position may be offered on graduation.

Finally, Enternships is a new scheme which is generating plenty of media interest and government backing – so companies offering the best Enternships will get plenty of PR exposure too.

How does it work?

Companies that are signed up advertise their positions available on Enternships Members that are interested in the opportunity apply through Enternships who screen the applicants and offer as many as the company chooses for interview.

Once the company has chosen the successful applicants, the Enternship is ready to take place! After the end of each Enternship, feedback and analysis is collected in order to improve future Enternships.
